<p>Hill House Montecito 的曲线与起伏仿佛从加州的自然地貌中自然生长出来。这座住宅由建筑师 Robin Donaldson 与 Donaldson + Partners 设计，受艺术家夫妇 Lynda Weinman 与 Bruce Heavin 委托，希望共同探索一座属于“21世纪的住宅”。</p><p>The curves and undulating forms of Hill House Montecito seem to emerge naturally from the Californian landscape. Designed by architect Robin Donaldson and Donaldson + Partners, the residence was commissioned by artist couple Lynda Weinman and Bruce Heavin, who sought to explore what a “house for the twenty-first century” might be. </p><p><br></p>
<p>施工过程中还采用 BIM、全站仪和 Tekla Structures 等数字技术，将建筑模型直接转化为施工依据。建筑内部则保留部分金属框架、管线、空调组件和机械结构，让技术系统成为空间视觉的一部分。石膏表皮在柔化室内尺度的同时，也形成了与裸露结构之间的对比，使住宅在居住舒适度与原始建造感之间保持平衡。</p><p> The building process also employed digital technologies including BIM, total-station surveying and Tekla Structures, allowing the architectural model to serve directly as a basis for construction. Inside, portions of the metal framing, conduits, air-conditioning components and mechanical systems remain exposed, making the building’s technical infrastructure part of the visual language. The plaster shell softens the scale of the interiors while contrasting with the exposed structure, allowing the residence to maintain a balance between domestic comfort and the raw expression of construction.</p>
