為2010年成立的以提供高端設計服務為目的的設計品牌，總部位於深圳，在北京、上海、成都設有設計中心，經過近10年的發展，Matrix Design已成長為兼具業界影響力和當代代表性的中國設計品牌。自創立之初，矩陣一直肩負著行業擔當與社會責任，在以“回歸東方”為團隊使命的前提下力求實現環境、社會、文化及經濟效益的設計增值，解決並改善人居生活環境，成為“實現人民對美好生活的向往”最忠實的踐行者。
Matrix design is a design brand established in 2010 to provide high-end design services. Headquartered in Shenzhen, it has design centers in Beijing, Shanghai and Chengdu. 王冠

作為矩陣縱橫的品牌發起人，在長達20余年的室內設計經歷中，王冠擁有敏銳的設計嗅覺與遠瞻的行業視野，他引領著矩陣縱橫進行全業態的探索與不斷的自我革新，並充分尊重每位設計師的自我表達。在他一系列的品牌革新理念推動下，這個已活躍在中國地產行業多年的設計品牌不斷成熟，不斷吸納來自國內外頂尖設計公司的優秀人才，為共同的使命而奮鬥。

劉建輝

2004年進入室內建築設計行業; 2007年創辦IDMEN室內中國網; 2010年作為矩陣縱橫創始人及總設計師，主持參與眾多地產核心項目設計。自設計至今，始終堅持“自然繁育萬物，賦予形體，遵循自然的方式去創造”的設計理念，用含蓄冷靜的設計思維去不斷揭秘空間的戲劇化張力，以中國道家思想“無何有之鄉”為空間賻意；以至臻追求探索至美之境。其設計作品從2012年起已八度入圍有室內設計室界“奧斯卡”之稱的英國Andrew Martin 室內設計大獎，成為該獎項最年輕、獲獎入圍次數最多的設計師。

In 2004, he entered the interior architecture design industry; in 2007, he founded idmen interior China. In 2010, as the founder and chief designer of matrix, he presided over and participated in many real estate core projects. Since the beginning of design, we have always adhered to the design concept of "nature breeds all things, endows the body, and creates in a natural way". We have constantly revealed the dramatic tension of space with implicit and calm design thinking. We have taken the Chinese Taoist thought of "hometown of nothing" as the meaning of space, and pursued to explore the most beautiful realm. Since 2012, his design works have been shortlisted for eight times in the British Andrew Martin Interior Design Award, which is known as the "Oscar" in the interior design room industry. He has become the youngest and the most shortlisted designer in the award.

王兆寶

矩陣縱橫CEO，工商管理博士（在讀）。他不斷超越自我，實現設計行業內的成功“跨界”，由設計技術轉型為設計管理；開創矩陣管理系統，以合夥人制度、DKP制度、事業部制度，三大制度為公司發展基石，形成矩陣獨有的蜂窩經營體系，讓團隊在相互綁定與相互協作中共同發展。

As one of the founders of Matrix Design, post-1980s Wang Zhaobao is a designer with 15 years of experience in design and management. He is currently pursuing a doctorate in business administration. In the 9-year development of Matrix Design, he continued to surpass himself and has become the leader of the entire team - from the initial designer to project manager and then to today’s CEO of Company with 160 employees. In the system of Matrix Design today, hard decoration design, soft decoration design, art design, furniture product design, new material R&D and manufacturing, marketing, administration, branding, etc. are all undertaken by professional teams. Responsible, this is the original intention of his creation of the Matrix model design partner system, that is, the formation of a business model - all in a moment. This is the original intention when he created the design partner system featuring Matrix model, namely forming an enterprise model - follow the world’s rules to create a fantastic new world.
